As a Design Engineer at Saluja Engineers for over a year, I developed 3D models and engineering drawings for various products while working closely with outsourced manufacturers. I managed the manufacturing unit to increase efficiency using value engineering, lean manufacturing and time studies. I also developed an ERP system to streamline supply chain, inventory, production, purchasing and created SOPs to meet ISO standards, resulting in the company’s ISO 9001 certification.
